Stage 01 — Startup Discover
Find out whether the idea holds up — before you spend
Two weeks of market work that either confirms your idea, reshapes it, or saves you a year and a licence fee.
What is included
What two weeks of honest research buys you
Most failed ventures we see did not fail on execution — they failed on an assumption nobody tested. We test the three assumptions your whole model rests on, with people who would actually pay you.
Request a quote- Market sizing — a defensible number for your segment in the UAE, with the source of every figure.
- Competitor map — who already serves this customer, at what price, and where the gap is.
- Customer interviews — eight to twelve conversations with people in your target segment.
- Pricing test — what they say they would pay, and what the market already charges.
- Unit economics — cost per sale, margin per unit, and the volume that breaks even.
- Regulatory check — whether your activity is restricted, licensed, or needs a regulator.
- The recommendation — written, with the reasoning, so you can disagree with it on evidence.
