What we collect
- What you submit in our forms: name, company, mobile number, email, the service requested, and anything you write in the message field.
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site and device type, through our website analytics tool.
- Your language preference: stored in your browser only and never sent to us.
- Client documents: for contracted clients only, we collect the documents government authorities require to complete your service.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to deliver the service you contracted, and to meet our regulatory obligations to the relevant authorities. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Government authorities and free zones, to the extent needed to complete your transaction.
- Banks, when we submit an account application on your behalf and with your consent.
- Technology providers — hosting, email and analytics — under data-processing agreements.
How long we keep it
Consultation requests that do not become engagements: up to 24 months, then deleted. Client files: for the period required by UAE accounting and tax regulations, then securely destroyed.
Cookies
We use one local-storage entry to remember your language, and analytics cookies to measure visits. You can clear them from your browser settings at any time without breaking the site.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no regulatory obligation prevents that. Send your request to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to client files is limited to the staff assigned to them. No system is absolutely secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you without delay.
