We are the firm we wished existed when we started
We started because setting up a company in the UAE meant five authorities, three intermediaries and two contradictory quotes. We put the whole track under one roof and one advisor.
Our story
From a small Dubai office to a complete track
We began with one service: company registration. But clients kept coming back with post-licence questions — the bank account, the bookkeeping, the contracts, the renewal. We added every service they were otherwise forced to source elsewhere, until the track became eight connected services.
Today we work with entrepreneurs and small companies across the mainland and the free zones, on the same principle: one file, one advisor, and a quote that hides nothing.

How the service grew, year by year
Every milestone here came from a request existing clients kept making — not from an expansion plan on paper.

The start — registration only
A small office and a single service: mainland company registration in Dubai.
- 2017
Accounting and tax added
As VAT came in, clients needed organised books, so we added the accounting team.
- 2020
Digital services
The year every client needed a site and a store. We built the identity and development team.
- 2023
Corporate tax and continuous support
We launched the annual support and renewals subscription after corporate tax was introduced.
